Day 1 of my 40 day fast
Okay so I am starting this xanga because I need support and advice on how to accomplish this. Okay so basically it is a four-phase fast:
1. 7 day smoothie-fast with heavy exercising
2. 21 day water-fast with minimal exercising and light stretching
3. 7 day juice fast
4. 5-6 days on smoothies again.
Im not doing this for weight loss but because I just feel the need to have a clean body and also because I want to get rid of this insane emotional-attachment to food.
